Lately during 80s four more companies where opened by Fernando Capellán associated to some Dominican businessman with expertise in textile operations: AM Creating industries initially with 185 employees in 1986. Start of operations of FM Industries in 1987. Industries MD , Villa González in 1988. Acquisition of TMC and Vega Textile in 1989.
