It focuses on improving the quality of buildings, user´s satisfaction, materials selection and operative cost reduction on buildings. It´s main market is sustainable buildings in Dominican Republic, but it has incurs on international markets such as United States, Turks & Caycos and Cayman Islands. Services we offer: SUSTAINABLE DESIGN (SD) It´s main characteristic is that it takes advantage of natural resources (light, water and soil) with the purpose of decreasing the construction and operational costs on buildings. Our designs guarantee high energy efficiency and a cost reduction. SUSTAINABLE INTEGRATION (SI) We analyze existing projects and adapt them with sustainable criteria, according to its location, with the purpose of optimizing its value and functioning. LEED CONSULTANT (USGBC): (LC) We provide consulting and certification services on sustainable constructions, to improve their quality, productivity and resource savings. This certification works under the lineaments of the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) thru the certification program of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). SUSTAINABLE URBAN DEVELOPMENT: (SUD) We develop strategies and complementary proposals to urban projects to reorganize or improve urban areas, based on the sustainable criteria that guarantee the healthy development of the project.
