The Youth Committee has as its central axis to support and motivate commercial and business initiatives, support the entrepreneurial spirit, promote and stimulate access to management positions in companies of those young people between 21 and 39 years of age, in order to promote the harmonious development of the economic activities of the province of Santiago and the entire northern region of the country. Its mission is to attract young people to be part of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santiago and thus take an active part in the use of good business practices, and promote leadership in business and participation in the community.
